Infinity Planet

Master Plan

The project’s Master Plan was designed proceeding a thorough examination of over 140 analogous global plans. Twenty distinctive concepts and zones have been formulated within the framework of an innovative smart city, incorporating cutting-edge technologies.

Special emphasis has been placed on the city’s green spaces, parks, and gardens. As a result, out of the total land of 666,700 SQ/M or 6,667,000 SQ/F, only 47% of the project encompasses buildings, while the remaining 53% is allocated to public and urban green spaces.

Great Entertainment City Hall

Covering an expansive area of approximately 10,000 square meters, the Great Entertainment City Hall stands at the heart of our project. It serves as the vibrant epicenter of the entire development, hosting a wide array of cultural events, festivals, music concerts, seasonal carnivals, and artistic and cultural celebrations. This multifunctional center plays a pivotal role in bringing life to the entire complex, as it continually hosts diverse programs throughout the year, with regular updates to its offerings. It truly embodies the cultural essence of Infinity Planet as Global Heritage City in Australia.

Located strategically for convenient accessibility to key areas of the city, including indoor and outdoor theme parks, the Global Cultural Outlet Mall, and the hotel and accommodation sector, this center has been meticulously designed to operate independently when necessary.

This entity oversees cinema halls and wedding/ceremony organization. The facility offers diverse halls, suitable for weddings and events, with the Events Management team assisting couples to organize artistic programs featuring international art groups. The city’s multicultural backdrop allows for unique wedding memories with historical settings and traditional attire. Notably, cine-complexes operating on the second floor of INFINITY PLANET, complement the entertainment offerings.

Filling all these areas, is a global food court, uniquely designed to provide visitors with the chance to explore the cuisines and cultures of various countries.

Landscaping & Four Paradises

Friendly Environment and Green Spaces: Another hallmark of Infinity Planet is its expansive, beautifully landscaped streets seamlessly integrated with lush greenery and fountains. These wide boulevards offer pedestrians a safe and obstacle-free environment to explore the city’s recreational areas and historical landmarks while relishing the city’s picturesque green spaces.

Four Paradises:
Complementing the designed indoor paradises, each immerses visitors in the culture of a specific region through its greenery and interior decor. Among these paradises are the Japanese, Chinese and European, and West Texas urban gardens, offering a rich cultural experience.

Four Gardens Avenue

Four Gardens: Among the city’s unique features, the “Four Gardens” or “Charbagh” comprises of four distinct green streets, with one on the eastern and the other on the western side of the city plan.

They represent original gardens located in countries throughout Western Asia, North Africa, the former Islamic Andalusia and South Asia including Iran and India and also in Rambla de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.

Within INFINITY PLANET, four gardens serve as vibrant hubs for artists, craftsmen, and performing talents to create and showcase their works. Visitors to these gardens can delight in a diverse range of artistic expressions.

The allure of “Four Garden Avenue” lies in its embrace of traditional and historic architecture adorning the street, drawing inspiration from global historical and cultural heritage. Each side showcases architectural motifs from Europe, India, China, and the Middle East.

Cultural Factory Outlet Mall

Infinity Planet “Cultural Factory Outlet mall” is designed with the mission of introducing diverse world cultures, featuring traditional architectural elements from various countries. These motifs are prominently displayed at entrances and throughout the interior, providing a captivating visual experience of renowned structures.

The Market Hall showcases each country’s culture through multimedia displays, statues, and memorials, enhancing visitors’ understanding of cultural heritage. Additionally, the mall exhibits local handicrafts, with craftspeople available for interaction, adding a personal touch.

Another highlight is the introduction of new international brands, previously unavailable in Australia, aiming to diversify and enrich the shopping experience in each Market Hall section.

Modern City Centre

Another noteworthy architectural aspect of the Infinity Planet Outlets is the central buildings within the complex. These two-story central structures encircle the grand city hall, resembling a ring of a precious jewelry. These buildings feature a blend of modern and advanced architectural designs, offering visitors a glimpse into the facades of future progressive cities which will be featuring as a part of our global heritage. The diagram below illustrates the precise placement of these central buildings within the city site.

Beach & Waterfall

Another captivating aspect of the city, particularly significant on hot days and for overall city cooling, is the beach area and waterfall within INFINITY PLANET.
The waterfall is situated beneath the city’s hotels and gracefully cascades down the hills upon which the hotels are perched. It culminates at the base in the form of a tranquil, one-and-a-half-hectare artificial beach, resembling the serene ambiance found at Brisbane’s Southbank. Surrounding this area, you will find structures housing showers, restrooms, and facilities catering to beachgoers.
The image below provides a depiction of the precise location of the waterfall and beach within INFINITY PLANET.

Accommodation Center

The Infinity Planet Hotels complex is built on the top of a three-story hill, with  five interconnected buildings, collectively offering a total of 500 rooms. Among these five structures, one adheres to the high standards of a 5-star international hotel, while the remaining buildings adhere to 4-star ones.

The hotels boast independent entrances on the northern side of the property, along with their dedicated parking areas. The lobby of the 5-star hotel is distinct from the lobbies of the other hotels. However, all hotel guests have unrestricted access to the hotel’s restaurants, additional facilities, exclusive areas, sports complexes, and swimming pools. Simultaneously, they enjoy the privilege of independent access to Infinity Planet complex.

Section B Accommodation

In a bustling metropolis like “Infinity Planet”, with the anticipation of over 20 million annual visitors and the generation or sustenance of over 15,000 jobs, it becomes imperative to designate spaces for extended stays and accommodations for executives and staff associated with this expansive entertainment hub.
The B Section’s residential precinct, featuring an array of housing options, seamlessly integrates with the vibrant atmosphere of Infinity Planet’s entertainment and tourism district.

This section boasts:
Luxury Units Apartment
4 Star Hotel
Hotel Apartment
Staff Residential Building

Complemented by educational institutions, sports facilities, and a large-scale supermarket, this development aligns perfectly with Infinity Planet’s ambitious vision and objectives.

Heritage Camping

The Infinity Planet features a prominent three-story hill on its northern side, on top of which the Infinity Planet complex’s hotels are situated.
Gracing the slope of this hill, one can find a series of camps, thoughtfully designed in three distinct rows. These camps exhibit diverse and captivating designs, including Native American-style tents, Eskimo-inspired dwellings, traditional European tents, and even ultra-modern small houses designed for future cities on Mars. They are nestled amidst the hills below the hotel complex

Parking Facilities

One notable aspect of Infinity Planet is its multi-story parking complexes strategically positioned across four distinct zones. This marks the first instance in Australia’s theme park and entertainment industry where such a multi-zone parking system is offered. This meticulous planning allows guests to choose the parking facility closest to their intended destination. Moreover, during peak times and city closures, this layout reduces traffic congestion and improves the flow of the City Ring Road.

Ring roads, Car Free zone

Ring roads encircling Infinity Planet as Global Heritage city, always provide access for both light and heavy vehicles, day and night. These city perimeter routes offer access to city parking lots and the city’s industrial area.

Car Free zone Or Pedestrian roads, completely prohibited for cars, connect green spaces, fountains, and parking areas to the city. These roads permit vehicle entry but are primarily intended for pedestrian or electric vehicle use.

Tram San Francisco

The third roadway is designated for an electric train system that grants access to the entire city, including its key areas. This electric train offers visitors convenience to reach various destinations within the city, such as market halls and amusement parks, via its stations. Impressively, it takes less than 30 to 40 minutes to traverse the entire city using this train.

The train system in Infinity Planet is aptly named after its route through the historical district of the Global Heritage city, drawing inspiration from the iconic tram San Francisco.

Industrial Park & office

Given the restriction on car and truck access within Infinity Planet and the constant need for round-the-clock support in a city of this scale, an independent industrial complex has been meticulously planned on the southern grounds.
During the day, this sector facilitates the entry and exit of various vehicles, including small and large trucks, for loading and unloading purposes.

Furthermore, the industrial section takes on vital roles of providing technical, electrical, and mechanical support to the city. It also provides warehouses for various commercial activities within Rose Heritage City, a waste separation and storage center, water treatment plants, and construction facilities.
